One custom steel gate based on the design pictured.
Delete the decorative collars from the picket bars, straight pickets only.
Made to fit an opening 48" wide between existing concrete wall and steel post to be added. 48" space to include gate, hinges and latch.
Build height at center of gate 36".
Add one 2" square 42" tall steel post for the latch side to be set in the ground.
Includes gate, 1 post, hinges, latch, powdercoat finish in black with zinc rich primer and delivery to CA.
Bolts for mounting hinge receivers to concrete wall are not included.
