One custom steel heron gate based on the design pictured modified for different size and scale.
Built to work with existing hinge pins and spring bar latch catch using customers measurements.
Build width of gate frame 34 1/8".
Build height of gate 54".
Flat female hinge tabs welded to gate.
Tabs will have 3/8" holes drilled to fit existing hinge pins.
Edge of gate to center of hole 7/8" on the lower hinge tab and 1 1/8" on the upper hinge tab.
Bottom surface of lower hinge to be 9 5/8" from bottom of gate.
Bottom surface of upper hinge to be 33 1/2" from bottom of gate.
Gate will come with a spring bar latch to be used with the existing catch.
Existing catch for the spring bar latch is 34 1/2" from gate bottom.
New spring bar will be made from 1" wide flatbar.
Spring bar will be made to work in a space of roughly 7/8" between gate edge and back of the existing u shaped catch and will bolt to the gate.
Some bending of the spring bar may be need to adjust tension when gate is installed.
No other hardware or parts included.
Black powder coat finish.
