One custom steel gate based on the design pictured.
Made to fit an opening 42.5" wide including space for hinges and latch.
**Opening between base boards inside the gate opening is 41.5" wide.
Base boards are 9.5" tall and gate will be mounted about 2" from floor level.
Lower hinge must be above baseboard**
Build height at center of gate 36".
Gate will be in raw steel which will show grinder and tooling marks, scratches and dings in steel and color variations.
Beeswax will be applied.
Includes hinges, flipper style latch and 48 state delivery.
