One custom steel gate based on the design pictured.
Made to fit an opening 32 7/8" wide including space for the hinges and latch.
Build height to be approximately 35" at the corners and 41" in the center.
Customer will install gate with a 2"gap underneath, the lower hinge will be located so that it is above the 5 3/4" tall baseboard when installed.
Includes hinges, flipper style latch, powdercoat finish in black and 48 state delivery.
