One custom steel gate based on the Hummingbird design pictured with alteration for different size and scale plus 2 steel posts.
Overall width of gate, posts, hinges and latch to be 52.5" across outside of posts. This allows for 1/4" shimming on each side to fit a 53" wide opening.
Build height of gate 33".
Posts will be 2" square tube flat capped on top.
Post height will be equal to height of gate from bottom to the lowest point on top of the gate arched top.
Each post to have 3 holes for 3/8" bolts and the latch side post will have a hole cut for latch strike. Bolts for mounting to masonry are not included.
Includes D&D self closing bolt on hinges.
Includes lockbox welded into gate frame. Lockbox will accept standard residential lockset with 2 3/8" backset. Lockset is not included.
Viewed from the front the gate will hinge on the left side and push to open.
Gate and posts will be powdercoated black.
